Entry-Level Accounting Associate

A Beacon Hill client in Gloucester County NJ is looking for Entry Level Accounting Associates to their team. Candidates will be hired on a contract to hire basis, converting full time at a salary of $50,000-$55,000. This is an excellent opportunity for Accounting or Finance graduates looking to launch their careers and gain hands-on experience in a corporate accounting environment. Position Summary: Support the accounting team with daily accounting operations and month-end close activities Perform bank and account reconciliations Process payments, post financial transactions, and maintain supporting documentation Assist with maintaining accurate and organized financial records Analyze and verify financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness Collaborate with internal departments to support accounting and reporting functions Work in a structured environment with clear responsibilities and opportunities for growth Maintain a high level of attention to detail while meeting deadlines Qualifications: BS in Accounting or Finance required Previous internship, or prior experience in an Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or junior accounting related role a plus 0-1+ years of experience desired Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
