Account Assistant

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as an Account Assistant in Edison, NJ. The candidate will manage daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general journal entries, and bank reconciliation. Preferred experience with MS Dynamics 365 and strong MS Excel skills, especially in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, are desirable. The role involves coordinating with various departments like internal audits during year-end processes and ensuring timely financial reporting for a seamless customer experience. Minimum Academic Requirement BBA in Finance, B.Com, or a Bachelor's degree in Accounts or Finance.
