Key Responsibilities Implement, build, maintain and optimize Epic integration systems leveraging Epic skills. Translate business needs into EMR functionality and enhancements in collaboration with clinical leaders. Work with various interfaces and related integrations, identifying workflow gaps and proposing solutions. Design, build, test, and implement Epic integration application systems. Create or adapt written protocols with clinicians. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to prevailing problems. Basic Qualifications Minimum 5 years of work experience. Minimum 5 years of Healthcare and EHR experience, with a focus on Tapestry UM and Claims Epic. Strong hands‑on implementation experience in Tapestry UM and Claims. Tapestry UM Epic certification required. Strong understanding of Tapestry workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy. Experience contributing to EHR implementation plans, scope, and timelines. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of clients, team members, managers, and vendors. High School Diploma or GED.
