We're seeking a Logistics Specialist to support critical distribution and inventory operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. What You'll Be Doing

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Receive, store, and move inventory using pallet jacks, forklifts, walkie riders, and turret trucks
• Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety checks
• Enter and manage inventory data within company systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support process improvement initiatives and special projects
• Ensure compliance with company policies and cGMP requirements

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry experience is required
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory management, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Experience using SAP or similar inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work overtime as business needs require

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 40+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in a warehouse and distribution environment
• Commitment to following all safety procedures and policies
