Banning and Son Inc. is a San Diego Construction company specializing in Home Remodeling. We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands on construction experience with knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry. We feel that in order to assist our customers you must have the knowledge of how the remodel is done..

​Responsibilities:

Developing new business opportunities at initial appointments with prospective clients.

Listen to the client, evaluate the job and determine the feasibility, present ideas and options.

Measure, take pictures and document details of the customers project.

​Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of two years working in the field with general knowledge of residential construction.

Knowledge of QuickBooks, Google Suites and Houzz a plus.

Detail oriented with the ability to create various documents and descriptions.

Must have great people skills.

Strong work ethic.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Must be a team player.

Must be outgoing and a people person.

No cold calls.
