Job Description
- Must have 3 to 5 yrs experience working as a paralegal or legal secretary
- Proficient using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have experience filing documents with the court, contacting judge assistance, manage attorney case files, attorney calendars and knowledge of general court systems
- Experience preparing legal documents and subpoenas
- Experience preparing discovery requests and scheduling hearings, trials and depositions
- Experience formatting, finalizing, typing and filing documents
- Experience preparing letters and legal documents from drafts
- Experience filing pleadings and motions with appropriate tribunals
- Experience managing executive management daily calendars
- Experience managing travel arrangements
