Position Summary The Delivery Manager, Infrastructure Engineering Solutions will lead the delivery of complex infrastructure engineering work across teams, timelines, and stakeholder groups. This role is expected to drive execution, manage delivery risk, and translate business and technical priorities into clear plans and measurable outcomes. The team works across stakeholders to manage delivery priorities, coordinate execution, and improve operational outcomes. This role supports a collaborative environment focused on disciplined delivery, service quality, and continuous improvement.QualificationsRequired:8+ years of experience delivering infrastructure engineering, platform, or technology programsExperience managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution for technology delivery initiativesExperience leading cross-functional teams across infrastructure, engineering, operations, or support functionsExperience using project delivery, reporting, or workflow management tools in a business or technology environmentAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure modernization, migration, or transformation initiativesExperience working in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery environmentsExperience owning SLA reporting, operational performance tracking, and service-level reviews.Experience monitoring application health and proactively identify performance, availability, and reliability risks.Experience presenting delivery updates, risks, and decisions to leadership stakeholdersExperience coordinating vendor, partner, or third-party delivery activities Deloitte is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities.
