Position Summary The Accounting Admin. has essential functions including full cycle Accounts Payable, credit card reporting, job costing, and payroll for hourly employees. Skill Requirements Previous full cycle A/P experience Project Accounting- Ability to code credit card and sub-contractor costs to a job Hourly payroll and time tracking experience Excel proficiency Strong communication High level of organization Compensation & Benefits Your compensation will vary by experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview.
