The Company also provides mortgage financing and title services for homebuyers through its mortgage and title subsidiaries. D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Online Sales Concierge. The right candidate specializes in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companiesEnsure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phoneConvert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales RepresentativesEnter and update information in a customer management databaseExercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunitiesResponsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.Maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenitiesGenerate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mailCoordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clientsConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to work overtimeMinimal overnight travel may be required for training purposesEducation and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one to three years of related experience and/or trainingSuperb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well within a teamProvide attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilitiesStrong organizational and follow-through skillsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
