Senior Institutional Mental Health Account Specialist, Neuroscience - COBENFY - Long Island, NY

Position: Senior Institutional Mental Health Account Specialist (COBENFY) Responsibilities Promote approved indications within a defined territory/region to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly. Create demand by articulating clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients. Build/maintain scientific expertise; develop and execute territory/account plans. Use tools to inform call plans; provide feedback for continuous improvement. Build relationships in hospitals (clinical practice, pharmacy, P&T committee) to support formulary access and product availability. Understand hospital reimbursement/access, payer/formulary, and hospital treatment pathways/discharge planning/multidisciplinary care. Deliver fair & balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; host presentations and speaker programs. Maintain expertise on emerging data; support real-time medical questions via Medical on Call. Collaborate cross-functionally and comply with all laws/regulations/policies. Required/Preferred Qualifications Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse. Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately. Demonstrated credibility-building with community/hospital customers and patient-care network. Preferred: Psychiatry experience; experience with Community Mental Health Centers/Certified Community Behavioral Health Centers/Hospitals. Experience with P&T committees; formulary and reimbursement. Key skills/competencies (desired) Customer/commercial mindset; patient centricity; scientific agility; analytical and technological agility; teamwork/integrity.
