Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and the store performance; provide real‑time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving their KPI goals. Complete an assessment required as part of the hiring process. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Demonstrated results‑oriented selling skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels of the organization. Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results. Mastery of time management, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks efficiently. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Age 18 or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; stands for extended periods, lifts 50 + pounds, and arrives on time. Compensation $17.45 per hour to $21.85 per hour, commensurate with experience. Benefits Base salary plus bonus opportunities. 401(k) retirement plan.
