We are seeking a Client Partner to join our team in a full-cycle role supporting retained executive search engagements across our client portfolio. Reporting directly to the Managing Partners, you will engage across all phases of search – from market mapping and candidate identification through assessment, client presentation, and offer management. This is not a role where you own a sliver of the process. You will work alongside two of the most experienced professionals in the Washington market from the first client conversation through the final offer. The right candidate will bring a minimum of five years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, management consulting, or a professional services environment, along with exceptional research instincts, strong written and verbal communication skills, and genuine curiosity about the organizations and people that drive the Washington policy and business community. Comfort with AI-assisted research tools and professional networking platforms is expected. Discretion, sound judgment, and the drive to surface talent that conventional approaches would miss are essential. Lochlin offers competitive compensation including base salary and performance-based incentive. This firm is based in Herndon, VA, with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.
