Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to support student learning
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct psychotherapeutic interventions and counseling for students
• Support crisis intervention efforts and implement preventive mental health initiatives
• Contribute to functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support positive behavior plans
• Assist in the creation of safe and welcoming school environments
• Document and communicate assessment findings and recommendations clearly
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in school psychology and continuing education
