Business Development Coordinator

- Generate customer appointments using a pre-provided list
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Respond promptly to both phone and email inquiries
- Guide customers to helpful product information and online resources
- Ensure messages and inquiries are directed to the correct departments without delay
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug screening
- A clean and valid driver's license is required
