Priority Signs and Graphics in Southlake, TX is looking to hire a full-time Office Admin / Permit Coordinator to obtain city permits and perform a variety of other administrative tasks. This administrative position earns a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000/year, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ADMIN / PERMIT COORDINATOR
As an Office Admin / Permit Coordinator, you are an important member of our team. Your job is to obtain the permits that allow our high-quality signs to go up. As you work with the city officials who issue permits, your excellent customer service skills are invaluable. You establish a strong rapport with each city, which makes doing future business with them a breeze. Our customers also appreciate your personable nature as you process their orders and address their concerns. Customer satisfaction is a priority for us, and you work hard to help us go beyond what is expected.
In addition, you keep up to date on city ordinances and perform other administrative tasks to ensure the timely completion of each order. An organizer at heart, you enjoy working with our team to create a smooth flow to our processes. You also love seeing the results of our hard work as you pass by our finished signs and graphics. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE ADMIN / PERMIT COORDINATOR
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Solid computer skills and experience with MS Office
- Ability to interpret city ordinances
- Basic math skills
A bachelor's degree is preferred. Are you a team player? Do you have excellent customer service skills? Can you prioritize and manage multiple tasks? Do you possess great communication skills, both verbal and written? If yes, you might just be perfect for this administrative position!

This administrative position typically works from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm .
