Are you a self-starter? Are you experienced as an Executive or Team Assistant? Is calendar or information management second nature to you? If these skills all match your profile, then we want to hear from you at Landmark Roofing. Landmark Roofing is looking for an experienced executive administrator to join our dynamic team and take on the responsibility of being the liaison between our top management and the sales team. The ideal candidate will be professionally assertive and is comfortable being independent and making decisions to ensure all operations are carried out timely and accurately.
Responsibilities:
-\tResponsible for reviewing schedule on both daily and weekly basis to ensure goals are being met within company
-\tResponsible for communicating lead assignments to appropriate employees
-\tCoordinating office events
-\tCoordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
-\tProvide direct support to both CEOs with professional needs like coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
-\tProducing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
-\tPurchasing office supplies and maintaining proper stock levels
-\tKeeping management and executive team informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information’s, and identifying trends.
-\tResponsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
-\tPrevious experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager
-\tHigh School Diploma
-\tMust have exceptional attention to detail.
-\tProficiency in MS Office
-\tHands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
-\tStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
