About You… Seasoned Executive Sous Chef who thrives within a mission-driven environment, creates change through culinary innovation, and is a proven and effective leader. Expert in culinary operations, strong leader, proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Passionate about food and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience. Post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Prior proven ability to lead, supervise and develop pastry and savory teams. Ability to demonstrate menu creativity through development and implementation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
