Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician to perform electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and schematics.
• Install conduit, wiring, panels, breakers, switches, outlets, and lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify the cause of electrical problems.
• Perform electrical testing and ensure systems are operating properly.
• Follow all applicable electrical codes, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Work safely on ladders, lifts, and construction sites as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, contractors, and customers.
• Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial electrical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installation practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Basic knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Ability to use common electrical tools and testing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift, carry, and work with electrical materials and equipment.
• Electrical license or certification preferred, depending on project requirements.

Work Environment
This position may involve working on active commercial construction sites, indoors and outdoors, and may require standing, bending, climbing, lifting, and working at heights.

Schedule & Pay
Schedule and pay will depend on the specific assignment and project requirements.
