CNC Programmer
Pay: $28–$38/hr (DOE)
Location: Tulsa Area
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Integrity Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Programmer for a well-established manufacturing company in the Tulsa area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving machining challenges, working with advanced CAM systems, and seeing their programs come to life on the shop floor.

This position offers a 4-day work week — giving you long weekends every week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Write CNC programs using Mazatrol, ESPRIT CAM, and manual programming methods

• Develop programs that meet blueprint tolerances, quality standards, and production deadlines

• Optimize machining efficiency and improve part consistency

• Apply operational knowledge of assigned NC machines for reliable production

• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to troubleshoot and improve processes

• Use precision measuring and inspection tools to verify part accuracy

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and diagrams with high accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 2 years of technical or vocational training preferred

• 1–5 years of experience programming NC machines for precision part production

• Relevant technical education may substitute for direct experience

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of NC machine operations

• Proficient with precision measuring and inspection equipment

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality

Work Environment:

• Approximately 80% of the day at a computer workstation

• Some bending, squatting, and light lifting required

• Mobility between multiple buildings on a large campus
