We Are Looking For Someone Like You
- 1-5+ years Estimator experience in Plumbing, HVAC and Process Piping of Institutional, Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, Brewery, Healthcare, and Industrial related projects.
- Responsible to lead all estimates up to $1M. On larger projects, Estimator will work under guidance of a Senior Estimator.
- Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects.
- Skilled in reading and understanding drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
- Ability to accurately compile a summary of materials, equipment, and labor.
- Understand construction field conditions, means and methods, and project schedules.
- Quickpen / Autobid software experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Bluebeam experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You will be responsible for soliciting, evaluating, and preparing bid proposals in the most attractive manner to general contractors and owners.
