Tire Technician / Warehouse AssociateTire Agent is seeking a dependable and hardworking Tire Technician / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for mounting and balancing tires, as well as supporting warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Tire Agent is looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on individual who can produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, organized, and able to work collaboratively across teams.General ResponsibilitiesMount, dismount, and balance tires and wheels efficiently and accuratelyInspect tires and wheels for damage, wear, and proper fitmentOperate tire mounting and balancing equipment safely and effectivelyHandle shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading deliveries and preparing outbound shipmentsMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control processesPick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or customer pickupOrganize and maintain warehouse space to ensure efficiency and safety complianceCollaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environmentIdeal Requirements1+ year of experience in tire service, automotive work, or warehouse operations preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to lift heavy items (40+ lbs) and stand for extended periodsBasic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tire equipment is a plusExperience with handheld devices, tablets, and computer-based inventory systemsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentSchedule & CompensationFull-time, 40+ hours per week, Monday through FridayPay: $17 per hourLocation: Hatfield, PAWhat We OfferPaid Time OffMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountEmployee Assistance Program
