Job Title: Assembler Job Description

Join our dynamic team in Lakeville, where you will work with hand tools, large impacts, and other power tools to build plenums, large frames, and overall large structures and equipment. This role involves working with cranes, and while crane experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. You will be assembling large components that contribute to exhaust systems for power generation, oil & gas, marine, locomotive, construction, and off-road markets. This position is ideal for someone with experience in building large products, especially those with a background in millwright work.

• Assemble large components based on blueprints and work instructions.
• Build plenums and large frames using hand and power tools.
• Operate cranes and other machinery as required.
• Assist with fabrication work, including operating brake press, shear, and roller.
• Ensure that all exhaust systems are built accurately by interpreting blueprints.

• Experience with mechanical assembly.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and work instructions.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks within the shop.

• Experience in fabrication is beneficial.
• Prior millwright work experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with using tape measures and schematics.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northfield, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
