Evening Clinical Pharmacist — Patient-Centered Hospital Care

Wellstar Health System's Kennestone Hospital in Georgia is seeking a pharmacist to provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care, integrate distributive and drug control activities, and support the medical team with drug information. You will participate in daily rounds, prepare IV admixtures, verify orders, counsel patients on medications, and help optimize therapy while adhering to Georgia Pharmacy Law. Evening FT shift from 1 PM to 11:30 PM; hospital experience preferred; licensure as a #J-18808-Ljbffr Wellstar Health System
