Vision Plus Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced VisionPLUS Business Analyst with strong expertise in Mainframe technologies and credit card processing systems to support strategic initiatives and client-facing implementations. Role Vision Plus Business Analyst Responsibilities Associate will be working with Business Leads to create Business requirements and Functional solutions for the Military Star Explansion offbase project, preparing user acceptance test scenarios, conducting UAT, and supporting Implementation activities and queries from Users and Customers. Associate will coordinate with 3‑4 client associates reporting to the Business Lead to complete their goals and provide SME support in CDM, CMS, CTA, and FAS subsystems of VisionPLUS product. Qualifications 6‑8 years of experience in VisionPLUS product, including a minimum of 3 years of BA experience in V 83x version. Proficient with Mainframe technologies: Cobol, CICS, JCL, DB2, VSAM, DFSORT, Easytrieve, and File Manager. Strong understanding of CMS batch and online architecture. Ability to suggest and guide clients on industry best practices. Knowledge of important reports and primary/secondary control record parameters in VisionPLUS. Exposure to User Acceptance Testing. Familiarity with UI testing frontend for Application Processing and Customer Websites (advantage). Experience with Fraud area (advantage). Experience in Originations (advantage). Strong Business Analysis skills for client support. Understanding of the Software Development and Maintenance lifecycle and Software Testing Life Cycle. Experience with Agile methodology (advantage). Good communication, analytical ability, and mentoring skills (advantage). Exposure to credit card customer website or customer service frontend applications is an added advantage.
