About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Development Senior Lead to join the Business Development team within the Cards and Personal Loans organization. In this role, you will help identify, evaluate, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships that support growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation across the business. The position focuses on partnerships that enhance cardmember value propositions and business capabilities, including card benefits, rewards, loyalty, offers, fintech, digital experiences, and other strategic initiatives across the cards ecosystem.Working across a highly matrixed organization, you will partner closely with teams across Product, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to evaluate opportunities and advance complex initiatives from concept through launch.
