Digital Media Manager

Elevation is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital advertising. As a Digital Media Manager, you will plan, manage and optimize our clients’ online advertising programs using a wide range of channels and tactics. Hands-on experience with multiple channels and platforms is imperative, especially Google ad products (search, display, and video), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. You will work together with the Senior Media Planner and the rest of the Elevation planning, strategy and creative teams to ensure campaigns are meeting and exceeding client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Developing, overseeing and executing paid media campaigns across a variety of clients to increase site traffic, key engagement metrics, and conversions. Working closely with the strategy, creative and account teams to ideate, launch and track client campaigns and tests to optimize the funnel from impression through conversion. Managing the paid campaign setup, deployment, optimizations, testing, and reporting, including measurement and tracking to performance metrics and return on ad spend. Continuous optimization of campaigns, including structure & targeting improvements (geo, demographic, audiences, day-parting, keyword and URL), search query mining, keyword expansion, negative keywords, and improvement of bid management processes. Serving as a champion for A/B tests around channel, creative messaging, and landing page performance. Coordinating the digital media specifications between creative teams and publishers. Analyzing data to make informed decisions on channels, bids, ads, targeting and landing page performance. Presenting paid media strategies and ongoing performance reports to clients. Managing relationships with outside media partners and keeping abreast of new technology, platforms and partners. Researching and sharing knowledge of the competitive landscape and emerging channels among clients and colleagues. Conducting competitive analysis, preparing reports on findings, and sharing the results with others. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience executing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels with a proven ability to maximize results. Deep experience with Google ad products (display, YouTube, and search, in particular), Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite. Experience with other social or programmatic (DSP) platforms is a plus. Advanced knowledge of Excel and GA 4. Experience using or building dashboards in Tableau, Looker Studio is a plus. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Leverage data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions. Hard-working, creative and eager to learn and expand knowledge of online direct marketing.
