Job Description :
Join a leading manufacturer of precision fasteners and advanced form parts serving the automotive industry. In this role, you will handle the accurate and timely processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments. You will work closely with production and inventory teams to maintain workflow efficiency while ensuring quality and compliance. This position offers long-term stability in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
· Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and products
· Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments
· Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely
· Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in the system
· Coordinate with internal teams to meet production and delivery schedules

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
· Ability to operate a forklift (certification a plus)
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

The base salary range for this position is $37,440–$41,600, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
