Associate Administrative Assistant

Overview This position contributes to the success of PBNA by ensuring proper cashiering all FSV routes is performed daily, answering location's UDM case disputes, managing the Calero database, organizing and performing New Hire Orientation, and providing administrative needs for the location. Responsibilities Cashiering of all Full-Service Vending routes daily Backup to Settlement Admin when OOO Maintain clear and accurate documentation on all Coin Fund and BOA/Cashiering log Maintain and balance the safe weekly Maintain and balance the Full-Service Coin Fund Order Change for Full-Service Routes on a as needed basis Make accurate deposits to Bank of America daily Perform Period and Quarter balance for coin fund report Complete annual LCA Audit with Efficient Status Review, Research, and Respond to customer dispute cases Review and Research AR short pays as requested by LPO Process Donations ensuring paperwork is complete and accurate Comply with document retention records policy and data classification policies as it relates to settlement Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned to include coverage for Peers Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers in person and via email or telephone Keep clear communication with Delivery Supervisors and Area Delivery Manager regarding any changes or issues with Routes or Full Service Keep clear communication with GMAS and GM Sr. Lead for all concerns or changes to daily responsibilities or reporting Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,500 - $63,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
