Job Description Summary Lancaster Women's Clinic is looking for a part‑time Certified Medical Assistant to join their fast‑growing Lancaster Clinic. Responsibilities Report to the Outpatient Clinic Manager. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, perform multi‑skilled activities to support a decentralized, patient‑centered approach to care. Assist in the examination and treatment of patients under a physician’s direction. Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record or input information into the patient medical record. Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations. Perform phlebotomy and front‑office coverage as needed. Education High school diploma or GED is required. Licenses and Certifications Completion of an accredited medical assisting program. One year of patient care experience preferred. Certified through AMT, AAMA, NHA, MedCA, CCMA, CMA, or NAHP. Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association required before seeing patients.
