Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager (Travel): Enhance and expand the corporate travel booking and servicing platform KAYAK for Business with an accent on scaling a global booking platform and complex customer and technical requirements. Focus on defining user-driven features, coordinating cross-functional teams, and improving traveler and travel manager experiences across multiple platforms. Location: Must work from Berlin office at least 3 days per week Company KAYAK is a leading travel search engine and part of Booking Holdings, operating global metasearch brands and innovating in travel technology. What you will do Define and drive expansion of traveler and travel manager experience across countries and platforms including mobile and app. Support booking and servicing capabilities to attract and retain corporate customers. Collect and respond to user feedback with account management and agency partners. Advocate for users by understanding motivations and prioritizing user problems and needs. Craft feature requirements balancing impact and technical feasibility. Coordinate product feature roll-outs with marketing, sales, and communications teams. Measure and analyze product changes using data, user research, and A/B testing. Stay informed about competitive landscape and travel/e-commerce trends. Requirements Must work from Berlin office at least 3 days per week 5+ years travel industry experience, preferably with technical background. Experience collaborating across business levels and time zones with commercial and engineering teams. Proficiency in data analysis including SQL queries. Experience as Product Owner in Agile teams is a plus. BS degree or equivalent; MBA or similar experience advantageous. Culture & Benefits Work from almost anywhere up to 20 days per year.
