We work collaboratively to provide compassionate care and utilize evidence-based practice to improve outcomes – to every patient, every time.Job DetailsOur Operating Room (OR) RNs:Circulate and scrub in a variety of surgeries including general, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic trauma, plastics, robotic, pediatrics, etc.Provide safe, prompt, skillful perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing invasive or operative procedures.Utilize the perioperative nursing process to plan and provide total, direct patient care before, during, and immediately after surgery according to established standards and practicesPartner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, surgeons, anesthesiologists, registered nurses (RN), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.Advocate for patients through safety intervention and support.What you'll bring:Passion for Perioperative Services1+ years of Acute Care RN experience1+ years of Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) experience requiredEducation: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing requiredBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required or currently enrolled in a BSN programLicensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & RegistrationCertification: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are requiredPreferred Certifications: CNORPosted Salary RangeUSD $66.74 - USD $66.74 /Hr.This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
