Moovd is een snelgroeiende scale-up die internationaal impact wil maken. Vanuit Nederland bouwen we aan onze groei in de Verenigde Staten door middel van partnerships, affiliates, campagnes en samenwerkingen met opleiders en consultants. Ons doel? Een duurzame en schaalbare leadflow in de US creëren.

Wij zoeken een ondernemende en energieke Business Developer die gas geeft op onze groei in de Verenigde Staten. Iemand die voortdurend kansen ziet, deals sluit en partnerships bouwt – en daarmee de commerciële motor van Moovd internationaal laat draaien.

What You Will Do

As Business Developer you are responsible for realizing growth in the US by building partnerships and commercial models. You focus on outreach, sales, and strengthening our international positioning.

Establish and maintain partnerships and affiliates with educators, consultants, and companies in the US. Proactively reach out to potential partners and customers; negotiate and close commercial agreements. Develop and optimize business models that are scalable for the US market. Collaborate with the marketing team to support and strengthen campaigns and lead flows. Engage with educators, trainers, and consultants to promote collaborations and knowledge sharing. Coordinate training and education in collaboration with partners. Continuously seek opportunities to build and optimize the lead flow and sales machine in the US.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who: Has a minimum HBO work and thinking level. Has experience with business development, partnerships, or international sales. Has strong commercial insight and knows how to turn opportunities into deals. Has experience with affiliates and consultancy models (preferred). Is enterprising, proactive, and results-driven: you get energy from growth and success. Is communicative and strong in negotiations, and easily switches with trainers, consultants, and partners. Understands how the American market works and how to effectively do business there. Is goal-oriented and results-driven: KPIs, ROI, conversion rates are your language.

What We Offer

Budget and support to execute your strategies and ideas. Market-conforming salary (€3,000 – €4,250), depending on experience. A full-time position (32 – 40 hours). Collaboration with a young, ambitious, and creative team from Hengelo/Nijverdal.
