As our Sales Coordinator, youll help clients imagine whats possible, shape initial concepts, and move them confidently toward booking. Working closely with our Event Producers, youll support a sales process that is warm, efficient, and highly personalized. This is a client-facing, detail-attentive, results-driven position perfect for someone who is energized by selling experiences and thrives on relationship-building.

Responsibilities- Manage client inquiries
- Prepare detailed proposals with menu and design inspiration
- Close deals for off-premise catering and event planning
- Coordinate event details with clients, culinary team, and event producers.
- Host client meetings, walkthroughs, and tastings
- Manage multiple events simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for creating exceptional events.
