Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location in Janesville, WI. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity; verify access credentials as directed by site policy and maintain accurate security-related logs and reports.
• Support a professional, orderly environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and following Allied Universal and client site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control and badge processes is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
