Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to the needs of clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the goals and needs of each client, ensuring they are measurable and attainable.

• Provide empathetic support and encouragement, helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, or mental health issues through evidence-based practices.

• Assess client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs.

• Document all counseling sessions and maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Stay abreast of current trends, ethical guidelines, and research in counseling to enhance service delivery and client care.

Our LPC will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems for client documentation and scheduling.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team while adapting to the evolving requirements of telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations, including marginalized and underrepresented groups.

• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
