Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align production plans with sales forecasts and material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and production progress, adjusting schedules as needed to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning tools to generate accurate and efficient schedules.
• Analyze production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks, recommending solutions to improve flow and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to review schedule performance, address issues, and ensure alignment across departments.
• Forecast future capacity requirements and contribute to long-term strategic planning for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement metrics to track scheduling accuracy, on-time delivery, and production efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Master Scheduler in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to develop and manage complex production schedules.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and their application in manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing production flow.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
