Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain to integrate forecasts and production plans into the MPS.
• Monitor inventory levels and production capacity, adjusting the MPS as needed to prevent stockouts or overproduction.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient operations.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning tools to generate, analyze, and communicate scheduling information.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling processes, tools, and data accuracy.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Master Scheduler in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to develop and manage complex production schedules.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems, particularly related to scheduling modules.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on supply chain optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
