Engineering Analyst, NERC Compliance

Constellation Energy is seeking an Engineering Analyst, NERC Compliance to support regulatory compliance across our Utilities & Energy operations. In this role, you will analyze engineering data, maintain evidence, and ensure adherence to NERC reliability standards. You will assist with compliance audits, draft and update procedures, and coordinate with engineering, operations, and legal teams to mitigate risk. The analyst will track regulatory changes, perform gap assessments, and support remediation plans. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with power systems or grid operations in a dynamic, sustainability-focused environment.
