Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking outgoing and sales‑driven individuals to join our team as Gas Station Event Field Sales Representatives. In this role, you will work outdoors at gas station locations, educating clients and offering Canadian Tire financial products on behalf of a trusted Canadian brand. Compensation and Schedule Base wage $15.90 per hour plus uncapped commission. Flexible seasonal contract between April and September 2026, available from May to August 2026. Full‑time and part‑time opportunities. Responsibilities Work outdoors at assigned gas station locations within your territory. Educate customers on financial product features and perks. Drive sales, customer sign‑ups, and brand awareness. Deliver exceptional customer service. Use engaging and confident communication to connect with customers. Build positive working relationships with gas station staff. Handle all customer information with professionalism and confidentiality. Keys to Success Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable traveling within your assigned territory. Outgoing and confident communicator. Sales or customer service experience is an asset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
