We are looking for a Regional Account Sales Manager to join our TASKI team in Las Vegas, NV!

As a TASKI Regional Account Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships with existing customers while also driving new business growth. You will manage a group of accounts, ensuring customers receive exceptional service, while proactively identifying opportunities to expand product solutions, improve performance, and deliver greater value.

This role balances account management with a strong focus on growth—maintaining and optimizing current business while actively pursuing new opportunities within existing accounts and developing new customer relationships. Success in this role comes from the ability to protect and grow current revenue, while consistently identifying and converting new business opportunities that drive long-term profitability.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow relationships within assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Deliver technical support and service that enhances customer outcomes and drives value
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand product usage and improve overall account performance
  • Analyze data, trends, and customer needs to develop actionable recommendations
  • Utilize systems and tools to effectively manage account activity, pipeline, and performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting overall team success

Your work directly contributes to customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability. By delivering consistent service, identifying opportunities, and solving problems proactively, you help drive meaningful results for both our customers and the business.

Additional Details:

  • Expand market penetration for assigned regions and/or targeted customers
  • Identify new customers and opportunities within the region and grow business while reinforcing TASKI and NSS brands.
  • Provide consultative sales and solutions to customers, Diversey sector teams and distributors in their region.
  • Maintain a high level of personal knowledge in respect to TASKI equipment, and product usage through continuous training methods as provided by the company.
  • Schedule and conduct demonstrations, both remotely and at customer sites.
  • Maintain a fleet of demonstration machines that would be used to provide hands on demonstrations as well as used at regional trade shows and events.
  • Assist in new equipment installations to customers, in order to properly finalize the sales cycle.
  • Implement successful launches of new TASKI Innovations.
  • Coordinate and support industry trade shows and events.
  • Ensures adherence to budget, spending, and Diversey programs.
  • Works closely with Diversey and Solenis teams (ie Corporate Accounts, Regional Marketing, Pricing, and Applications) to understand business requirements and market needs.
  • Establish, maintain and prioritize an accurate and current sales funnel in Salesforce.

What You'll Bring

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Possess a valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Comfortability operating vehicles with a trailer in tow.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
  • Professional attitude and be self-motivated/directed.
  • Documented time management, communication skills, decision making, interpersonal, computer and organizational skills.
  • Computer technology experience – Email, Excel, Word, Power Point, Salesforce, Various Apps/Portals
  • Ability to work cross functionally to achieve company goals.
  • Physical Requirements: Agility to lift objects up to 35lbs. Operate floor care equipment for the purpose of demonstrations and training.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,410.00 and $107,657.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
