Electronics Manufacturing Technician — PCB Rework & Inspection
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire
Where: Stacy, MN 55079
Hours: Mon–Thu, 6:00 am–4:30 pm

What you’ll do- Assemble PCBs, components, and subassemblies from schematics and build documentation
- Perform through-hole and SMT hand soldering; complete surface-mount rework
- Install wires, connectors, and other components per specifications
- Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality; troubleshoot and repair defects
- Follow IPC-A-610 criteria and internal quality procedures
- Use microscopes, magnifiers, and precision tools for small-part work
- Maintain an orderly, safe workstation and support team output goals
- HS diploma or GED
- Previous electronics assembly and soldering experience
- Through-hole and/or SMT background
- IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification a plus
- Excellent fine-motor skills; comfortable under magnification
- Accuracy with repetitive tasks and basic computer documentation
- Lift up to 25 lbs; able to sit or stand for long periods
- Stable full-time role with a consistent four-day schedule
