Position Description: The Office Assistant is responsible for supporting the execution of office-related initiatives and logistics across the company. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless coordination of office and charity events while providing administrative support to management. Essential Functions Assist with various administrative duties such as internal communications and calendar management Provide support for company events Coordinate and manage logistics for volunteer opportunities with external philanthropic organizations Provide administrative support to the Management Team Maintain inventory of office supplies Assist in Facilities maintenance scheduling and tracking Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Must be organized, highly detail-oriented, and efficient Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with various deadlines Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills Must possess basic computer knowledge and skills Must be resourceful, independent thinker and self-sufficient as well as self-motivated Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends when necessary (particularly for JSA events) High school diploma or equivalent; College degree (preferred) 2 years experience in a professional environment or similar role (preferred) Benefits of Working at Jackson Sumner & Associates: Medical, Dental and Vision Offerings 401k Wellness Incentives In-house gym, Zen room and exercise classes Paid Vacation, Holidays, personal/sick time #J-18808-Ljbffr Association of the United States Army
