KeyResponsibilities Partnercloselywithseniorqualityleadershiptosupportstrategicinitiativesandorganizationalpriorities. Coordinatecross-functionalprojectsandfacilitatecollaborationbetweenQuality,Engineering,Operations,SupplyChain,andotherbusinessunits. Prepareexecutivepresentations,meetingmaterials,statusreports,andfollow-upactionplans. Monitorprojectmilestones,KPIs,andprogramdeliverableswhileprovidingregularprogressupdates. Supportcontinuousimprovementinitiativesfocusedonoperationalefficiencyandprocessoptimization. Coordinatespecialprojects,identifypotentialrisks,andhelpdrivetimelyresolutionofactionitems. Maintainaccuratedocumentationwhilehandlingconfidentialbusinessinformationwithdiscretion. Qualifications Bachelor'sdegreeinBusiness,Engineering,QualityManagement,orarelatedfield. Minimumof 7years ofexperienceinProgramManagement,Quality,Operations,BusinessOperations,orStrategicProjectCoordination. Experiencesupportingexecutiveleadershiporseniormanagementinahighlycollaborativeenvironment. Strongunderstandingofqualitysystems,processimprovementmethodologies,Lean,andSixSigmaprinciples. Excellentorganizational,communication,analytical,andstakeholdermanagementskills. Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandworkeffectivelyinafast-pacedenvironment. Experiencewithinthe aerospace,aviation,manufacturing,industrial,orotherhighlyregulatedindustries isstronglypreferred. Abilitytotraveldomesticallyupto10%asneeded.
