Women's Account Executive

Overview

Our client, a growing Italian luxury fashion house, is seeking a Women’s Account Executive to support its wholesale business in New York. This full-time, individual contributor role combines account management with frequent travel for in-store selling, trunk shows, and training. The position is based in the New York office five days a week when not traveling.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with department store and specialty retail accounts across the womenswear business.
• Partner with buyers and store teams to support sales and strengthen the brand’s presence in each account.
• Lead trunk shows, product training, and selling days in stores throughout the market.
• Work closely with a small wholesale team while managing day-to-day priorities independently.

Requirements

• Experience as a womenswear wholesale account executive or account manager.
• Experience managing department store and specialty retail accounts.
• Confidence leading in-store events, training sales teams, and working with store management.
• Ability to travel frequently and work on-site in New York five days a week when not traveling.
• Self-directed approach suited to a small team.
• Experience with Italian or European luxury brands or exposure to menswear wholesale is a plus.
