Position Summary:


The Patient Access Supervisor of Therapy Services oversees registration staff and manages daily registration operations for all outpatient therapy locations. This position is key to ensuring efficient patient flow and the timely processing of registrations, while maintaining and updating registration policies and procedures. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving issues, preparing monthly reports, and implementing new processes to enhance workflow. The Patient Access Supervisor of Therapy Services collaborates effectively with clinical managers and supervisors, addresses challenges professionally, and ensures sufficient staffing to support daily registration activities and optimize patient flow. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values. Oversees the Therapy Services call center, scheduling, authorizations, registrations, check-in, and check-out. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.


Experience: 3 Years of Patient Access Experience Required. Supervisory Experience preferred.
