Position Outside Sales Associate Summary The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Key duties include market research, order management, payment collection, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing issues and coordinating urgent deliveries. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient operations, maintaining accurate records, and participating in sales meetings, inventory counts, and company events. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to excel in this position. Essential Duties Business level English is required. Maintains a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Maintains a positive attitude. Able to work independently and as a team. Able to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload. High school diploma required; AA and above strongly preferred. Experience in food industry, preferably in Japanese food industry is plus Experience in Japanese restaurant business is a plus. M-F: 9AM – 6PM

Possesses basic mathematical knowledge such as markups, discounts, counting inventory, weight and measurement conversions, combining, etc. Has strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Microsoft NAV, highly preferred.
