Production Artist

About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist to join our creative team and bring high-impact marketing campaigns to life across digital, print, and experiential channels. In this role, you'll transform creative concepts into polished, production-ready assets while ensuring brand consistency, technical accuracy, and exceptional quality across every deliverable. You'll partner closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, designers, strategists, and cross-functional teams to support major advertising campaigns, branded experiences, and high-profile marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Produce high-quality production-ready assets across digital, print, out-of-home (OOH), presentations, events, and marketing campaigns. Translate creative concepts into technically accurate, scalable deliverables while maintaining design intent. Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all creative assets and design systems. Prepare, organize, and manage complex production files for internal teams, vendors, and printers. Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, copywriters, strategists, product teams, and designers throughout the creative process. Execute typography, layout, image compositing, retouching, and production adjustments with exceptional attention to detail. Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting aggressive timelines and maintaining high production standards. Continuously improve production workflows and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and quality. What We're Looking For 3–5+ years of experience as a Production Artist, Production Designer, or similar production-focused design role. Expert proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong portfolio showcasing production design, layout, photo compositing, asset production, and brand execution. Experience working with design systems, component libraries, and established brand guidelines. Strong understanding of typography, color management, file preparation, and production best practices for digital and print. Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Experience supporting advertising, media, entertainment, agency, or marketing organizations is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience producing assets for integrated marketing campaigns, events, trade shows, or large-scale advertising initiatives. Knowledge of pre-press production, large-format graphics, and print production workflows. Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary creative teams while balancing business objectives with creative execution.
