Service Advisor

Position Express Service Advisor at Gordie Boucher Ford of Thiensville. Responsibilities include determining automotive problems, listening to customer descriptions of symptoms, clarifying problems, conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking maintenance records, and examining service schedules. Preparing repair orders with described symptoms, problems, causes, repairs, and services required, obtaining approvals, and entering repair orders into the service database system. Previous dealership experience preferred. Clean driving record and drug test required. Requirements Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge, be a motivated self‑starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude. CDK experience is preferred. Must maintain top‑rated CSI standards and focus on world‑class customer service. Drug test required.
