As an Office Coordinator on the Wound Care team, you’ll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier ®. More about our team Sovah Health is a regional health care delivery system with 2 hospital campuses – Danville and Martinsville. Each facility has a 24/7 Emergency Room, Outpatient Imaging Center, and over 20 primary and specialty care physician clinics. Our Danville location is also a teaching hospital that trains medical students and physician residents specializing in family and internal medicine. How you’ll contribute An Office Coordinator who excels in this role: Responsible for front end operations, including patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification. Functions as first-line support for electronic health record to include basic trouble shooting, merging duplicate charts, unlocking charts, adding pharmacy and practice information to the database, etc. record. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 30 days of hire.
