Why join us? Message me for details! Job Details Job Details: We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Permanent Attorney specializing in Creditor Rights to join our fast-paced legal team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and consumer law. This role is ideal for a committed professional with a deep understanding of the legal landscape, who is ready to take the next step in their career. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of legal matters, including drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice. Responsibilities: Represent clients in court proceedings related to bankruptcy, foreclosure, and consumer law. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their rights and obligations. Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably and efficiently. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to creditor rights. Assist in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures. Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to ensure a comprehensive legal approach. Provide exceptional service to clients by offering timely, effective, and strategic legal advice. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice law in the state. Minimum of 5 years of experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and consumer law. Proven track record of representing creditors in court proceedings. Strong legal research and writing skills. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professional discretion. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
